I hope they do well, just not at our expense. And we probably should prepare ourselves for the likelihood that they’re gonna get to the Prem soon, and certainly before we ever get back there. Reynolds and the other, less famous one aren’t gonna stop till they finish the story.

I agree with you.

But I care as much about Wrexham as I do about any other club who isn’t Cardiff. Which is not at all unless they’re playing us. Never seen them as rivals even slightly. Which is why I was so annoyed by the official site starting that nonsense over the kit launch (which incidentally looked even more pathetic given they didn’t get the response they wanted from Ryan Reynolds).

They will be in the premier league quite soon I imagine. If they’re not, the shine will disappear quite quickly as the ‘fans’ will move on to something else. And their time in the spotlight will be over. Same as ours was. It’s all cyclical unless you’re one of the big clubs.

These fans when you look at their message boards have been registered since the 2000s. They are enjoying the ride and the unbelievable turn around of Wrexham. They are in disbelief at how quickly things have changed. Spending millions on players is like a dream to them. I wish those people all the best.

You then get the fans who have been registered on their fans forum since 2021. Now some of these are educated people and clued up on Wrexham. However they have some newly acquired fans who are moronic imbeciles. These are the cretins to avoid.

They’ve increased their fan base as they’ve got better and more successful,just like every other football club in the history of football. Including our own. Along the way they picked up some wankers, again just like every other club, including our own.

I'm not sure, but when transfer budgets are quoted, they usually only refer to the cost of buying the players. Wage budgets are normally a separate issue

I thought that mind, not sure about Lisa’s age but NJ and ECB are definitely old men, from NJ mid to late 40’s and ECB mid to late 50’s. They may be younger, I’m just basing that on the pictures I have seen of them.
