• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

I've just paid for a ticket for the Lorient game, and I thought I'd get an eticket sent as well as the email saying that I've purchased the ticket. Obviously the email won't get me through the turnstile. Do I have to actually pick the ticket up beforehand??

You should get an email with your ticket 48hrs before the game which can be used on your phone to scan for entry.

I called in at the stadium today after having a confirmation email about my ticket and they told me I could print the email as a ticket. They printed my ticket there for me. Didn’t realise that the ticket office is closed in the week and the club shop was doing the tickets.

How do they think you'll get in with the email? The turnstile can't read the email, only the code on a ticket?

As was said above I cant see this working - the scanner will need to scan a code to get anyone into the stadium otherwise twenty people could turn up with a print out of your email ?

I think whoever told you that info may need some staff training 🤣🤣

Lucky I was passing the stadium then. 👍

Looks like I'll have to call in too if I don't get a ticket today. What a shambles. Why couldn't they send the ticket in a separate email when they sent the confirmation of purchase? Is this going to cause problems at the match on Saturday?

Does it show in the app if you use the app?

*sorry I am asking lots of questions but I will be nowhere near the stadium saturday afternoon

I ordered 3 tickets on Wednesday and had confirmation email that said the following:
All home tickets are emailed out 72 hours before kick-off, after which they will also display in the Swans App to be added to your Apple/Google Wallet.
If you wish to use Print at Home please ensure you save and print any attachments prior to the event.

There was also a PDF attachment to the email which had all 3 tickets in it to print off or I guess you could take a photo of each QR code and scan that when you get to the gate.
