Think he had an injury so that might be why he started on the bench. If it’s as close as Sheehan said on the weekend then he probably wouldn’t have even been in the squad. It’s going to be none of the linked names most likely.

whist there are 14 days left in this window until 7 p m on 1st september a lot can still happen both in and out i think, we ALL want a top striker or at least one that can help that area and there are still areas to look at , left back right back and if we do lose cottril and congreave and possibly 1 or 2 more that have been talked about we still need a squad that has quality and depth, its a hard long season so lets see at 8 pm on 1st september what we have and let the guys sorting transfers get on with it, As frustrating to us all as it is
