WRU to announce cut to two teams as full details of seismic plan emerge

I think - despite all the dysfunction and mismanagement - there is an outside chance that half of these 2 teams will live in Cardiff. The rest of Wales can all go and frick themselves!

And then in 2035 we'll be down to 1 team (Cardiff)

Whichever one is cut will just move into the English system, it'll be division 3 to begin with but they'll rise up quick enough

Right, so Cardiff will reign supreme in 2035, eh? I'm picturing tumbleweeds rolling through the stadiums of everyone else. The thought of one Welsh team just chilling, unopposed, is both hilarious and bleak.

And the other team just hops the border and joins the English leagues? That's a pretty cheeky workaround. Imagine the headlines: "Welsh Wanderers conquer League Two!" They'd be bloody legends. It also kind of makes you wonder about the long-term viability of the Welsh league, doesn't it? If they can just jump ship to England, what's the point of sticking around for a one-team show? This makes me want to create a meme about it - I should add it to the other posts.
