• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Laugh all you like, tell you what, go through the thread and find me an earlier example before page 9, where someone actually answered my question in the initial post I made, nobody did I Will save you the trouble. Feel free to copy and paste, on here a concise and clear answer to my opening post. I will wait. 👍

Okay, I tried to help you help yourself.

Answer me a question - if the BBC which is funded by the licence payer has to pay for something where do you think the money comes from?

If you can answer that question you have the answer to your question, as I’ve been trying to tell you since you asked the question. Geddit?

You know how copy and paste works? Please give an example of a concise answer to my initial question. Thank you I will wait

Calm down mate, and please don’t profess to me as if you are an expert at law, you most probably know as much as I do, which isn’t a lot.

We're not claiming to be experts at law, but we've read things from people who are. It's the bare minimum you would expect someone to do if they're going to argue a position on something.

Admittedly, in attempting to answering an incoherent question a concise answer may be missed by the incapable. 👍

So basically you have no evidence of my question being answered, you just revert to abuse. Tidy 👍

My simple take on this BBC crisis. They should be held to the highest standards. The Panorama incident fell below those standards. God help us if the billionaires get their way and destroy it though.

Fair enough, but I find it slightly amusing, that when the media bring out their so called experts, everyone believes it!

In no way is this a pro Trump rant, take away the Donald, and I think, that’s wrong. Is saying sorry, good enough, No I wouldn’t accept it.

Great, an apology is not enough for you, so where do you think the money should come from then? You’ve already said it shouldn’t come from licence payers. Do you see where this is going?

That's exactly what they want. It's one of the few remaining pieces of family silver along with the NHS that they haven't plundered at a cheap rate

Blimey, this thread has zero replies last time I checked in here yesterday.

To bring it back to the OP, I think we’re all agreed that it would be an absolute travesty if the money of the British public was used to pay compensation to Trump. Thankfully this seems an unlikely course of action.

We can probably all agree that Darran, though I love him dearly, is dragging this forum into the sewer. He needs another break.
