We parked down in the industrial estate behind the South Stand
After the game the road back up to turn tight towards Morrisons was closed off
The barriers weren’t removed until 20.05
So a long wait to start the journey. Only just passing Ross on Wye
Is this a new thing as before we’ve driven out no problem?

They started doing it about 6 or 7 weeks ago. I’ve parked down there pretty much since we played over there, then one day they introduced that. It got very heated between the fans, police and the boys putting the closure in place.

I sent a strongly worded email to the club and they said that it should have always been included in the planned road closures and it was only now that they realised they hadn’t been doing it 🤣🤣

I park over the park and ride since then.

I have parked in Rexel for many years .
On the first occasion the road complete closure there were lots of ill feeling to the contractors who closed the road .
We all started blowing our horns police were called to make sure trouble didn't escalate.

I spoke to the club over the phone they told me the contractors were not carrying out complete closure as they should
I could see turning left from the Industrial the road needed to be closed , I could see no logic why we couldn't turn right .
Sadly there is nothing we can do .
Attendance over 9,000 see complete road closure .
The Norwich game saw the complete road closure in October.
I now park in Morrisons car park .
Apologies for the long post .

Thanks for the reply. It's a mixture of parking down there or up by Day's after walking along the river path.
Agree about turning left but the crowd had cleared but the road still kept closed.
The one positive as soon as we were 'let out' the roads back to the M4 were clear.

I noticed a car coming out of the retail park car park after the game who had taped over half of his registration plate presumably to avoid the ANPR cameras :ROFLMAO:

Personally, I'm on my sofa 7 minutes after FT but that's another story.
