• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Felt like it should have been more comfortable than a dodgy penalty (Hurray!!) to win it. We gave up a bit after that. Promising signs, but three things I hope for next season. 1) When facing forward in space, go forward. We did it some times and we looked so different. 2) No more back to Vig to hoof possession away when we already have possession on halfway thank you and 3) calm down and keep the ball away from the centre backs.

All in all though, I thought that was a good display, especially away, and a deserved 3 points, with us getting the breaks for once. Eom was superb when he came on.

Oh 4) don't bring on players that weaken the team when making subs, thanks muchly.
If I was gonna be picky then it'd the not turning enough to go forward as you said. Yalcouye does this the best alongside Eom. Think we will keep seeing the hoof ball, but might change if we get better at the back with passing.

Absolutely agree if we can sustain ourselves with the money from him.

Not sure we’ll get as much as we may imagine though to be honest.
I agree that we won't get that much of a fee for Galbraith.

Who is going to buy him?

I don't see a Premier League club coming in for him, maybe a top half championship team.

Oh wait a minute that's us already.

Keep the central midfielders together, assuming we lose Yalcouye then we have Galbraith, Franco, Walta and Widdell with Stamenic and Fulton for the physicality.

That's a decent group.

Wolves. I can see them buying him for 5m. Just feeling.

Just got back from the game. Great to see us outperform a team in a similar league position to us. And incredible turnout from the Swans supporters despite the tube strike - put the home fans to shame. Looking forward to Norwich on Saturday.

How many Swans fans was there in the end?

I think hoofball is slightly harsh. We do have a tendency to do it if pressed but then again how often would we conceded under Martin etc by trying to keep it in those situations.

A ball playing cb next year instead of burgess and we'll be a different team. Parker nails down the rb slot with key/lissah as cover.

Keep the midfield together, new rw, striker and cb with the vip money (and another winger and lb potentially on loan) and we can challenge top 6.

Pretty much nailed for 10th now, matos has done a terrific job despite my grumbles

Then again, with inoussa and Congreve back and widdel looking equally good out wide, I don't think we need another back up winger
