Club is a Mess! No Communication!

As a club, Swansea really need to re review their communication and attitude towards fans. Over the weekend, as a Swans TV subscriber, the stream was a mess. The commentary was out of sync from early on, then at around the 70 minute mark the stream just cut off completely and never came back.

I contacted the club and got no response at all. I also spoke to the streaming service Swans TV use and was told this was an isolated issue and somehow on my end, which I simply do not buy.

If anyone doubts that, go and watch the full match they uploaded on the club’s YouTube and jump to 27:44.

The audio is clearly out of sync, and plenty of people in the comments are saying the same thing. Yet apparently, according to them, this is just my problem and they received no complaints.

This feels very similar to the ticket office fiasco earlier in the season. The club badly needs a reality check and needs to start communicating properly instead of brushing things off.

If there were any other realistic options for watching all our matches, I would cancel Swans TV in a heartbeat. Sadly there are not. These issues have been happening for years now, and it is honestly a disgrace.

Had an issue Saturday.. I was sent tickets for the Sheff Utd game which should have been Birmingham. I didn't actually notice until I got to the ground then had to go to the ticket office to get the correct ones printed off. Although this could be an issue with Ticket master. .. even so these things shouldn't be happening.

It's mad. It seems to be an ongoing issue with tickets like yours. I do wonder if someone higher up is directing staff not to except blame. Or you have a combination of imcompetant people at the club.

Honestly, just stop paying for the service.

The club obviously have zero time for you or anyone else amongst the multitude of supporters who report similar issues constantly.

They don't care, so vote with your feet and get a Firestick or try finding some site like "Fawa news" or similar. If everyone did that they might start showing more interest in sorting the issues.

I’m sure I read on the match day thread that the stream went down for other people also.

I’ve cancelled my subscription last month as it was such a shambles.
I dont often moan about our club but swans tv has always felt very amateur.

Your right. I think I always fear of the Buffering issues with a stick and Fawa. But I can't see myself going past this season with them. The club has literally just emailed me and looking into it. But only because I asked Swans Trust to step in. Sad as that is. Too much energy used. But really appreciate the feedback

Snap. Will be doing the same next season as I have a season pass. Glad to hear you have found an alternative. Sounds like many suggestions are Fawa or a stick

Your right. I think I always fear of the Buffering issues with a stick and Fawa. But I can't see myself going past this season with them. The club has literally just emailed me and looking into it. But only because I asked Swans Trust to step in. Sad as that is. Too much energy used. But really appreciate the feedback
