She was undoubtedly trafficked and coerced and had no choice. But she can't testify, so they need others. That's why they are pursuing the abuse of public office stuff. Appallingly, in general, there's probably more chance of actually gaining conviction for something like that than rape or abuse against women anyway - remember Ched Evans. At least for this charge they can't victim blame.

Oh yeah, we already know he had sex with 17 year old Virginia Roberts. Thats not illegal in UK though, and he won’t be the first or last to exploit that age difference. I hope they can get him on rape or trafficking, but the girls would need to come forward. I think one might have done?

It is illegal for any person to obtain sexual services from a child (anyone under 18) in exchange for payment, money, gifts, drugs, alcohol, or other advantages. Payment includes all sorts of favours / goods / money and it’s also illegal if that ‘payment’ is made to someone other than the child (so for example if any favours were given to Maxwell / Epstein).

If there is any coercion or force involved then obviously age doesn’t matter - it’s automatically illegal.

As I said though, this is Al Capone type stuff. Possibly easier to get the misconduct charge to stick. Which says a lot about the issues involving rape and sexual exploitation by the way.

I’m not arsed about the royal family I don’t like or dislike them I have no thoughts on them at all but when so many people are anti royal one of the most baffling things in all of this is why Andrew is living buckshee at a little cottage owned by the king and as has been reported the king is paying his bills and staff.
Surely if the king kicked the prick out of the little cottage he might endear himself more to the public.

I’m not arsed about the royal family I don’t like or dislike them I have no thoughts on them at all but when so many people are anti royal one of the most baffling things in all of this is why Andrew is living buckshee at a little cottage owned by the king and as has been reported the king is paying his bills and staff.
Surely if the king kicked the prick out of the little cottage he might endear himself more to the public.
Don’t forget that’s a little cottage that’s only got six bedrooms and secondly wtf does the stinking prick need staff for.

He’s just not using the titles in public. He still has them. And he’s still at pretty much every family event (he was laughing and joking with princess Anne at one of them recently). It’s all smoke and mirrors.

I’m convinced they genuinely don’t realise how apathetic most people are to them. Which is their biggest threat. And their support base is reducing every day because so much of it is older people.
