As part of Snoop’s visit, he will appear pitchside before the game to lead supporters in a pre-match fan display. More information on this will be shared in due course.

In addition to watching the Swans in action, the 21-time Grammy nominee and four-time Emmy award winner will also take the opportunity to visit areas of our local community to meet supporters and experience life in our city and region.

I wonder if there are any allotments near the stadium?

If the appearance of Snoop at the Preston game is causing conflict, you’d better be ready for next season.

I've spoken to at least half a dozen people from different kids football clubs across different age groups who have been given/offered free tickets for Tuesday night.

Either they're lying or happen to be among the chosen few. Or more likely we are giving a load away. Which do you think is more likely?

You crack on and believe that people are paying £30 a pop to see Snoop Dogg wave at them though if that makes you feel better.
£15.50, no fees. And the f**cker better wave to me, and wear a name badge.

I got sent a code that meant I could have 2 free tickets. The email came because my son attends PL Kicks sessions organised by the Swans Foundation. I was in the process of getting some with the intention of gifting them to someone, but realised I needed to assign the seats to my account and didn't know if that would mess something up with our season tickets, so didn't bother.

I'm sure there was also something sent to me about NHS workers etc being able to get free tickets.

As someone who has been around these forums for years, there's a bizarre trend at the moment for some posters (old and new) to get very defensive if anyone posts anything even approaching criticism of anything the club has done. Huw and the old owners used to get a harder time than the current owners, even when they were overseeing promotion after promotion!

Yes there are some that will moan about everything, but I don't see many of them around these days and I certainly don't see Lisa and ARQS as in that group. There's more posters who will jump down the throat of anyone who suggests things aren't 100% perfect in Swansea City land.

First of all nobody is paying £30 for general tickets for this match because it is a category C fixture and the most expensive tickets were £23.50. So what if kids clubs have had free tickets. I am more than pleased that the stadium will have youngsters that will get to watch our super Swans play. I don’t give a flying f*ck how it has been achieved. Why don’t you do us all favour and disappear for the next couple of days, whilst the rest of us can enjoy the Swans, with a world famous Superstar who has spent the last month being an ambassador for the Winter Olympics in Italy. You always get the moaning fans who have to find negativity in good things. So do us a favour and buzz off.

Despite having 2 tickets, I myself have been offered tickets by various people and connections who have tickets they had free.
I believe a number of them are through the DVLA, I could be wrong though.

It’s not a trend. I think most people on this forum will criticise when criticism is called for. But if you can still find something to moan about when we are going to get near enough 20,000 fans watching Swansea City v Preston on a Tuesday night in February. Nobody cares how it has occurred it has occurred and it’s f*cking great.

We have some posters looking to criticise posters because they are feeling upbeat about things. We were going no where this season and the club acted and changed the team management and brought in a guy who has taken us to 7 wins and 1 draw at home. Why wouldn’t people feel a tad happy about things?

Like I said earlier people are entitled to their opinions, but some people’s opinions are total wank. Cheer up or find a forum on something that will make you more happy.

Imagine trying to look for things to criticise the club for managing to get the stadium full on a Tuesday night in February. Nobody in the know didn’t know that the club had made tickets available for clubs, key workers, etc we are just happy that we are currently doing ok. We had a crowd of 18,000 on Saturday, undoubtedly swelled by 2,500 Bristol City fans, but it was still 18,000. We will have a crowd of around 20,000 home fans tomorrow. It’s bloody brilliant.

I was hoping to see Snoop and Cyril together at the Olympics. Now I'm disappointed 😉 😜

Does it matter how we’ve got to a sell out stadium? It’s still a massive achievement, and it will be brilliant to see such a big home crowd again. The atmosphere was awesome for the Wrexham game and it gave us a spike in attendance afterwards. Hopefully the game tomorrow does something similar.
