• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Should he have sent Ronald off for putting his hands on him? Gave him a yellow card instead. There's a local referee sitting behind me and he reckons he should have been sent off.
Was he from Cardiff 😂

No, but he gives a running commentary of all the decisions the referee should have made and how he's getting marked down for this decision or that decision. Think he may have been rating the referees performances on one of these sites.

EG is evidently a very classy player with a very high ceiling. But am I wrong to expect more from him, especially in shooting positions?
When Vip is about to pull the trigger we all expect, but when it’s Galbraith I don’t get the same sense of anticipation, it may as well be Ronald or Cabango lining one up, and it really shouldn’t be that way.
Once he puts that right he’ll be off inevitably, there’s a modern day Ferrie Bodde in there, I hope we see it in his time with us.

I think Galbraith was surprised to get the ball back when he nicely dummied for Vip to pull the trigger early on yesterday

No I don’t think you’re wrong to expect that but I think he would have more contributions if he had played more in midfield this season. He needs to be used as an 8 in my view, he can do much more than keep the play ticking over. I know our midfield tends to be quite fluid but I liked what we did yesterday playing him next to Stamenic because it allowed him to get forward a bit more, should have scored in the first minute really. Hope we don’t lose him this summer.
