West Brom face points deduction which could relegate them over alleged breach
Championship strugglers West Bromwich Albion have been charged with an alleged breach of financial rules but are fighting to delay any possible sanctions until next season
Yes, "poor Swansea" because they got Sousa and we got some bloke called Brendan Rodgers. If I could have my way I would like it to be Blackburn and Leicester to go down with Wednesday. Blackburn because it’s so far away and we now seem to play them mid week. Leicester because it’s just funny after their fans saying ‘Poor Swansea’ on their message boards after they got Sousa as their manager. Also because they had some fans who were moaning the league was too easy for them the last time they got promoted, which it was for a while 3 seasons back because they had a multimillion pound Prem squad.
I don’t want Oxford or Portsmouth to be relegated because with Pompey it’s nice to have South Coast sides to play and with Oxford it is not another Northern team and is not too bad to get to. If West Brom get the points deduction, I hope it is Leicester who joins them if they get relegated.
Don't forget the fact that they got promoted while completely disregarding the financial fair play rules set out by the FA for the Championship that season and argued (with the Premier League agreeing with them) that the FA didn't have the authority to levy a punishment against a Premier League side.If I could have my way I would like it to be Blackburn and Leicester to go down with Wednesday. Always remember when we played Detby in your cup at the Vetch and walking to the ground with a bunch of their fans in front of me slagging of Swansea as a shithole. The irony of them walking along a 6 mile coastal beachfront calling Swansea a shitholeJust thinking.
Leicester are the most obnoxious fans we go up against.
West Brom joining them gets another set of obnoxious fans gone.
Coventry going up gets rid of a 3rd set of obnoxious b'stards
Pity Derby can't get relegated instead of Wednesday. Doubt that they'll make the play offs.
We'd make it a clean sweep of obnoxious fans gone
They are all the same, the likes of Bradford, West Brom and Luton calling Swansea a dump, dear me.Always remember when we played Detby in your cup at the Vetch and walking to the ground with a bunch of their fans in front of me slagging of Swansea as a shithole. That made me laugh, Bradford calling somewhere else a dump. The best part of Bradford is Ilkley however it's not really in Bradford and uses a Leeds postcode. They are all the same, the likes of Bradford, West Brom and Luton calling Swansea a dump, dear me.
The three that come down next year will go back up.I think we'll have a real go at Top 8 next season.
I don't think the teams coming up will be anywhere near as strong as the teams that came up from last season. Having spent a season filming a LOT of League 1 games with them up the road this season I was astonished to see how bad the quality is down there, compared to the championship.
Lincoln are awful and they're running away with the league.
Leicester going down will help up because they would surely have been better next season.
If Spurs come down they're almost guaranteed Top Spot next season, you'd have thought. Then the rest will be all to play for.
