Based on what? He's not scored or assisted anything (calling today's header an assist is a bit of a stretch). Please watch him when the opposition has the ball, he's chases shadows, loses whoever he supposed to be marking and when he can make a tackle, rarely is it completed

Ronald shirt is no more wasted than Eom, but neither is it less wasted. They are equally unproductive and not starting quality for any championship club with aspirations (ditto Cullen).
