This being the time of year when club executives are on holibobs might be a factor there. Not making excuses, as an organization should be able to make decisions at all times, but Gorringe or whoever has the final say on this might be on a yacht somewhere on Do Not Disturb. They could surely change it right now, today, this minute if they wanted to. I can (sort of) understand mind boggling stupidity and ignorance, but not doubling down on it by pressing ahead.
Thanks for the heads up on the Globe.A researcher called Kimberley from BBC News contacted me recently about a documentary they were looking into about access to music venues after seeing my tweet about The Globe in Cardiff that puts on quite high profile gigs with no access at all.
When I said to her that “if it was men only or white people only it would make News At Ten but when it’s able bodied people only nobody gives a damn” she seemed a bit wary of me and she said she would be getting back to me but she hasn’t.
I think they want to go to various areas and will hold one in Swansea laterWith regards to the forum, why didn't the club just hold it in the stadium in one of the lounges?
At least the dickwads at the club would have known it was an all inclusive venue
Trust are as guilty as the club on this.
But then, they sold the membership out so they could have their day out in the directors box.
Made my feelings about them being as bad as the Petty/ Silver Shield era before, in not giving 2 f**ks about the club/ fanbase, so why would they rock the boat now?
