Salah Haarland and Saliba have no championship experience either but wouldn't say no to those 3

[/QUO No it was a tongue in cheek comment.
But establushed championship players are expensive especially the good ones.
The club have done a fantastic job with recruitment I like to look at the positives and see how they go.
Forgot about Widdell, I thought you were including Burgess in your five.Santos, Galbraith, Z , Widdel and Wales
This just goes to highlight how you can't please some people. We have had arguably our best window in a while bringing in targets who on paper have huge potential and some people still find a way to complain.
Yes some are unproven, but how are any clubs in our situation meant to bring in proven players whilst being on a smaller budget and comply by financial regulations? Excitement about the unknown and potential of the season would be the more appropriate thing here, not complaining and dragging people down.

Prefer a Fanta me.Who isn't pleased?
I've not read anyone saying they're not pleased with the business we've done. It's great to see us filling the squad up, it's great to see us not waiting till deadline day to pick up waifs and strays. It gives Sheehan a fighting chance of starting pre-season with a bang.
All people are pointing out is that we don't currently know how these new signings will fare until we see them play, because most of them haven't played Championship football before. There's nothing negative about that, no one's "dragging people down" it's just common sense. It's called critical thinking, engaging your brain a bit, not acting like an 8 year old who can't wait to go to the first game just so they can have their new kit on and have their half time Pepsi Max.
Haven't named anyone, just pointing out the overall negativity and arguing recently at a time where we should be happy and excited. No offence meant mate honestlyI'm not complaining !!
Just saying about adjustment and bedding in new players into this league

The two parts of your post seem to say different things? Those sites were quoting 6m euros or 5.1m pounds. Everybody knows whatever the price actually is it includes adds on etc so even if those numbers were accurate we probably wouldn't end up paying it all cos of the add on clauses. Anyway....
So you know we didn't pay 5m for Inoussa.
But you don't know know how much we did.
So bottom line is you don't know if we did or we didn't.
You are conflating three things. You're not correct there. Inoussa was signed for 5 million, but on a 5 year contract with the payments spread over something like 3-5 years.
