First I've heard of it. I think it's just an injury. I'll put my neck out and say that. Would be weird if he wanted to go as he is club captain and can see what the club is achieving. His recent interview showed no signs of someone wanting to go.

Everything off the pitch, commercially and what the club is showing more ambition. Worth watching the interview. He brings up these subjects and how it's impacted positively on the team... Now we haven't seen that, but he doesn't look or sound like a person who wants to move on.

"There's no point risking him, we'd have to make sure that he gets some training and it might be tight for next weekend.
"Ben is the captain of the football club and it will be his decision on how he feels. If it's one game, two games or three games, we trust him to make that decision."

That in itself for me is a little weird as surely it would be up to the medical teams and not the players
