For me today was Vipotnik best performance in a Swansea shirt. He dropped deep to offer an out ball, was always moving in the penalty area and had a good few chances. Put away one chance, forced a decent save from a long range shot, had an assist
Will he go? I think he still will. Surely this would be mad now to do this?

We grew into the game after a sloppy start to put in a solid, professional performance. I'm not bigging them up too much since Wednesday are a pretty weak team, but you can only beat what's in front of you. The defence looked solid and it was so nice to see Vig coming for and plucking high balls out of the air. That's how you do it, Fish!

I do believe this team is beginning to jelly.

Perfect performance away from home.

Solid at the back, lots of shots, more on target than I can remember for a while, dominated possession.

Great game by all.

Special mention to Vipotnik who has just had his two best games in a Swans shirt. Great goal and better assist.

And Stamenic may well turn into the signing of the summer.

Get this striker in, some cover at left back and we’re looking strong.

Good start to the season and we have a decent platform to build on. Looks like the new signings are settling in well and have boosted us quality wise.

A marked improvement in the second half.
When our midfielders receive the ball and turn towards their goal rather than play it safe we look so much more threatening. Both goals came from midfield runners breaking the lines and getting people around the box.

I wonder if the contrast in play is down to an inability to maintain that level of intensity for 90 mins.

I think that's an area not many have discussed. Our fitness levels. They seem to have gone up alot. We have teams going at us only for so long but we seem to be able to match it and keep going right to the end
Inoussa dropped off, but that's to be expected with his first season.

I really hope not.
This isn’t a Piroe - can’t turn it down scenario. He’s just turned 23 and has loads of areas to improve on. I hope he can do that with us. Win/win

Strange as it sounds. I would see the Idah situation maybe being a blessing in disguise with him going back. OK so if we do sign him and keep VP I'll be super happy. But I think it's one in one out.

Brilliant performance and an enjoyable game. Two teams who wanted to play it on the floor but one streets ahead of the other. Controlled the first half and pressed on in the second. Vip outstanding. Burgess an upgrade on Darling. Vig our best keeper since Fab and a stacked bench to top it off

If we aren't serious contenders for top 6 then I dont know what more it would take
