Swans TV’s poor service

Sent an E-mail again this morning, waiting to see what will be the new excuse this time.

My stream was stable yesterday and I had no problems logging on. However the stream was quite "choppy" at times and I also had moments when the action seemed to be in slow motion

I didn't have any issues. Though stream was up an hour before, they didn't cut to the match until they was in centre circle.

This time i was the .. missed the fine prints saying that the game is availble only in "Dark" markets.

Hesitate to make a scene for saturday - because I am in Canada - and that was technically NOT a dark market. However, I did manage to quickly travel to some other countries where the stream should have been working and i got nothing!
Comes to something when illegal sites are multiple times more reliable. I watched a stream that was 100% non buffering and had no commentary - but actually I quite enjoyed a commentary free experience where you add your own!

Hesitate to make a scene for saturday - because I am in Canada - and that was technically NOT a dark market. However, I did manage to quickly travel to some other countries where the stream should have been working and i got nothing!

I think I used the same link and had a commentary-free stream too, it really felt closer to being in the game. Commentary can definitely add something, but honestly (no disrespect to Mr. O'Connell) it sometimes sounds like someone reading a phone book, especially once they stoped bringing in guests. I really miss Trundle.

My watch/listen live buttons didn't show until about 5 mins in, for some reason. Tried various browsers.

Is there anyone that this service can be reported to? Like some kind of ombudsman? I genuinely have something like a 50% chance, at best, these days to get through with no issues with the stream or website whatsoever...and it ain't cheap.

And that's what everyone else having problems should do. It's the only way to get back at them. It's been a disgrace of a service for years.

Last season I wrote them that I’m cancelling my subscription duo to high prices and lack of service. They didn’t even bother to answer. In the official site the club claims that the tv is not their responsibility. How do they plan to expand the exposure of the club worldwide?

I reside abroad but had to go further abroad. Perfect stream and what made it really good was that the sound came from the NE Corner. Swans TV more realistic for the stadium as a whole I suppose. A pity, it was better before and always liked the co-commentator especially Wyndham. Others are free to disagree. Anthony does his best to keep it going and he’s a good commentator but just a thought - if you happen to read this Anthony - miss out the Bremen Jacks again and you’re toast - never mind the Welsh cakes mwsh.

I had no issues with stream. I would suggest something. If you are gonna use a certain VPN, not that I use it . Use a proper one like Nord VPN. Using free ones I hear will effect it badly. I hear .
