Stamenic has to play, it’s a non-negotiable for me. The only 6 we have besides Fulton. If there’s a choice it’s between Yalcouye and Franco for one of the 8 spots.Which offers more?
I’d be tempted to put Galbraith into RB, opening up another slot in midfield for us a more creative (Eom/Widell/Cullen) potentially. Both much of a muchness for me.
The bigger question is which central midfielder do we sacrifice to make room for a creative one.
You'd play Galbraith at RB?I’d be tempted to put Galbraith into RB, opening up another slot in midfield for us a more creative (Eom/Widell/Cullen) potentially.

But that's the point , he's not trying an Eom or a Widell , and doesn't look like he's got any intention of playing one of them there. Sometimes a gamble on playing one of them there could pay huge dividends, and if it doesn't come off after a few games what have you lost.Nah.
Like it or not, Six into three won't go and we can't force it to a bit by making our standout midfielder so far play in another position. It's one deep lying midfielder (Stamenic, Franco or Yalcouye), one box to box (Galbraith, also maybe Franco and Yalcouye) and an AM. We don't have a proven one of those (certainly not Cullen) so we have to try something else like an Eom or Widell.
We have overstocked the DM and CM positions and not done much to enhance our AM position, which is what I thought Widdell was here to do.Both much of a muchness for me.

I watched him once, and looked up his positions, he's a CM.. he's played AM about 8 times in his career.. People have never watched our new boys much, come on.. Who has watched the Austrian, Swedish and Greek leagues, they're making it up as they postWe have overstocked the DM and CM positions and not done much to enhance our AM position, which is what I thought Widdell was here to do.
Would definitely like to see either Cullen or Widell start at 10 in the home games. Personally with Blackburn struggling I’d definitely try it on Tuesday as well.We have overstocked the DM and CM positions and not done much to enhance our AM position, which is what I thought Widdell was here to do.
Good call. Both. This might fix one of our problems. You'd play Galbraith at RB?
