A Coventry account on Twitter was talking about Vipotnik as a potential option for their January window, they haven’t been linked officially yet though.

He’s probably hitting 20 this season in the league so makes sense that other clubs are looking, would like to think we’ll play this smart and keep him here till the summer with Idah likely out for a while.

With Idah out. Cullen with a calf injury (and not a striker) and Wales with little experience, there is no way we will sell VP in January. Summer, he will go. And maybe Galbraith. But it won't happen in January.

I can imagine it's gonna be a RB and maybe replace a loan or 2 with certain players going back. Keep expectations down.

Was it the then manager, the club or the city he didn’t like?
Did he really hate it? He had issues with getting in the team at start and it was reported that his dad got him to buckle down and get into the team. This was when he first joined and he ended up training seperate from the team on the beach. He always had ambition to play in Premier league, but I have no memory of him saying he didn't like it here. I might be wrong.

Piroe is a big city boy, he was left out of the team after posting online in Cardiff and getting pissed on his birthday…supposedly, I don’t think he hated it here though he seemed settled and banged the goals in and he nearly went to Southampton with Martin until Leeds came in.

My guess is that it Wont happen this window. But The only issue is what will happen if VP becomes unsettled with all the transfer rumours buzzing around.

He seems like quite a chilled character to be honest, then again, so did Grimes. Certainly from our perspective it’s better to let him play the season out and hit that 20 goal mark, his value will likely near double if that happens.

I've heard from multiple sources he couldn't wait to get away

Sam Parker is meant to be rapid but he is a full back rather than a winger and he currently isn't getting tracked for development (the latter of which is something that I hope that Matos will change)
Isn't development meant to be one of Matos's calling cards? He's included Parker in a few of the match day squads--though I haven't bothered seeing how many--so I hope he is tracking him to see playing time in cup games or as a late sub from time to time

Perhaps you should be more bothered to take notice. Uppa Jacks 💪💥

With it opening imminently, where do we need to strengthen?
For me, a right back is a big priority. Galbraith has done well there, but it takes out what he offers in the middle of the park. Although to be fair, midfield have done well since Matos has come in.
And with Idah out, maybe a striker as back up to Vip? Talking of Idah, I think he could offer us more than what Ronald is currently. Maybe he could’ve played out wide instead of vying with Vip for a central spot.
Thoughts?

My thoughts is give Bobby Wales some game time
