A couple of the obligatory highlight reels. A few things stood out to me:

First of all he is surprisingly difficult to knock off the ball, most speedsters tend to lack that kind of tenacity

Second is that he is one of those who has that annoying (for the opponent) ability to always seem like he has shown too much of the ball but is always able to nick it past you

Third is that he does indeed seem pretty rapid, you don't see him in any foot races in these but players are losing him even with a four or five yard headstart sometimes

Hopefully he can get a cameo on the weekend. I guess it will take him a little while to get used to the intensity of this league. I feel we need something special to come away with something given our troubles up there, maybe he’s the sort to come on and change the game?!!

Depends if the international clearance goes through in a timely manner.
The deal was announced today so it is certainly possible for him to make the bench

He looks like a very exciting, skilful player. We all know it's one thing to look dazzzling playing in a Brazilian pub league, and another to cope with the cynical and highly physical, hairy arsed defenders you meet every week in the Championship. As Yalcoure found out. But we're certainly in for some excitement in this second half of the season.

Nunes is primarily a LW so a good chance that he and Ronald will be on the same pitch together.
Given Inoussa's injury then it's a very good chance.

On paper and from clips, Nunes looks a very exciting player that will get people of their seat.

It's obvious we would be flat out after a winger with or without Inoussa's injury, there'd have been talks ongoing way before window even opened with different options and obviously this Nunes would have been one of them.
