Another good home win and always felt that we had another gear if needed. Great to see Vipotnik grab another 2. What a hit for the free kick!

I thought the last 2 away games would give an idea of how much we’ve improved under Matos (a lot is the answer). The 4 games left in February will dictate if we’ve got an outside chance of the playoffs (7+ points needed IMO for that to be a possibility).

He might be the one we have trouble keeping hold of at this rate

Am I right in thinking he has a 3 year contract?

It'll be nice to take that as a benefit for a change, rather than having to pay someone 2+ years wages to leave.

I said it a couple of weeks ago and I’ll say it again now, so many smiling faces around the stadium, and that was before kick off. The feel good factor is back, people can see we are building something again. Still a long way to go, but it’s definitely coming.

By all means get carried away but we have to play 10 teams above us un the last 15 including the top 3. We have won, what, two games against teams above us all season. If you’re buying the champagne to put on ice, go to Aldi, Bradley Stoke.
On the other hand that’s ten games where we can claw back points from rivals and not rely on their slip ups

Chilly out, but still lovely to watch a game of footy in the sun. And what a first goal; from the back, to the right, to the left and a sublime ball from Tymon. Boom💥 Yes it was only Wednesday, but you have to beat what’s in front of you. Four nil should do wonders for confidence.

The numbers are returning as well. Noticeably busier in the upper corners today.
