Yes definitely. See also - mint sauce. No need to be restricted to lamb.
 
You can have yorkie(pud) with any sunday roast, be it with lamb, pork, beef or whatever.
Have you tried them as a dessert with syrup. 😋

Can't being doing Yorkshire Pudding full stop, not fused on stuffing either, Mrs insists on making though, Christmas Stuffing is fine with the extras added to it though.
 
Any and all Sunday dinners benefit from a bit of mint sauce. Beef, chicken. Pork. The world is your oyster.
My wife has horseradish with every Sunday lunch - it's mental. Today she had it with chicken. Whereas I would happily put mint sauce on salad.
