Seem to have got away lightly. Is this setting the precedent for Man City, let's give them a tickle on the tummy when found guilty of cheating. On the face of it this isn't even a slap on the wrist.

Maybe someone who is a bit smarter than me can explain what punishment it is fining a club with unlimited funds.

It looks like it only came to light because the new owners identified it during the purchase and self reported and then assisted the investigation. From that point of view probably a big fine for the new owners when all the offences were committed allegedly by the previous Abromovich regime.

Punishment still doesn't seem to fit the crime. I have my doubts that any other cub outside of the so called big six would have got away so lightly.

I'll just dump this here out of laziness, but the decision on Scumville's civil claim against Nantes is due two weeks today.

It's an analogy of global politics at the moment, the rich elite get away with murder amongst other things, the 99% of us have different rules to follow
