• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Anyone know what the situation is after the Stoke debacle (it was closed as someone had blocked access)? It's handy for me to get back into the M4, but don't want to have to find last minute parking again.

I wasn’t aware of this so thanks for the heads up to seek alternatives for parking purposes.

I pulled up and the gates were shut as two large containers were blocking the entrance . The gate guy was there and got a refund fairly quickly. Seems whoever has bought the site does not want that income.

As the VM car park is likely to be off limits from now on, does anyone know of any decent places to park in and around the area of the stadium?

The council park and ride, £5 a pop.

Anyone on here park in Rexel ?
I used to park on that estate until they suddenly, and without warning decided to close the estate until 20 minutes after the game has finished. Carnage then everyone trying to get out.

I parked there for many years , ideal parking close to the ground .
Completely blocking the road was no good for me .
Now parking in Morrisons , saves me £100 + per season .

Are there parking restrictions there on matchday?

That’s a pain. It’s where I usually park

Do you pay the £4 fee for extended parking? Was looking at this option

I work in a Morrisons store so it's free parking .
Will be worth you exploring the extended parking fee .

It's £4 on Just Park (who took over the Virgin Media). Will give it a try I think. Should be easier getting out at 7:30 anyhow. Thanks.
