• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Looks as if Bobby Wales picked up an injury
Hasn't featured in the match day squad for a long time , only 4 appearences since being on loan at Huddersfield .

I had a look on Flash Scores earlier to see if he might make an appearance against the scum tonight, but no info at all. I looked at Huddersfield's last match, a three all draw against Wycombe on Saturday, but he wasn't in the starting line up, on the subs bench, or even on the list of injured players. Is he still there?

From what i can see not involved in the last 5 games before that came on as sub the previous 2 games after 62 mins & 84 mins .
Must have picked up an injury .

Thought it was a good move for the lad but seems he’s been unlucky with injury although not sure the hudds fans were impressed with with first few performances

Yeah I get the same feeling. Shame if so.
Nothing wrong with that. The first loan of 90% of players is often very poor esp3cially during half way through a season its all a leaning curve at this point.

We perhaps didnt help him out by sending him to a club which had immediate expectation of getting back to the championship.

Maybe a club in the middle of league 1 in the summer would be a better fit.

Dan James 4th choice winger at Shrewsbury and couldn’t get in their match-day squad. 18 months later sold for £20m

Would be silly to write anyone off based on one loan spell.

Yep as I said especially when its their first loan in senior football. They often never tend to go well.

We need to take our time in the summer and find a club which is the right fit for him. Maybe a club with lower expectations would be better.
