    I think there would probably have been discussions with Starmer but ultimately the NEC as a delegated authority would make the final decision. More than happy to be corrected as I am far from an expert on this.

    Driving to Benidorm in three weeks time. Do it twice a year, June for our Anniversary & October to celebrate our Birthdays ( Aug & Oct ). Drive through the Channel Tunnel, down through France, through the Pyrenees & down to Benidorm. Always give a nod to Pegojack as we pass through on the AP7...
