    The manager would ease some of the pressure on himself if he started playing players in their natural positions. It's hard to write a player off based on the odd minute of game time here and there.

    Keep him until the summer and if things don't improve the owners need to show their ambition and go all out and bring someone in with a CV that's going to get people excited. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

    I tend to agree based on almost 12 months of him at the helm. The style of play is only slightly more bearable than the bearded one from the south coast whose name should not be mentioned any longer.

    We are just treading under him. Win a few on the spin and then lose a few on the spin. Hope we don't get dragged in to a relegation scrap, these players don't have the guts for it.

    I doubt he's on that much, everyone is replaceable. Personally don't think we're at the stage of getting rid quite yet. He certainly needs to start changing things.

    We've just lost to bottom of the league, threw a two nil lead away last week, coincided two to Portsmouth before snatching a draw and the games we do win its like watching a remake of Zulu, week in week out. I'm all up getting behind the team, it doesn't help watching the same old each week.
