    Fair play to Sheehan. This run is phenomenal given where we were. It’s not always the prettiest but it reinforces how bad things had got under Williams. He has to be the front runner for the job now, unless they’ve lined up someone really special.

    Yeh, we look much more assured than under Williams. The only thing I don’t like is Vigeroux’s hoofing. Better than than pissing about with it, but neither are ideal.

    It’s refreshing that he knows his best side, with players in their mani positions and it normally delivers for him. So there’s no real need to change too much. Cullen is the odd one out, as he looks lost when played as the lone striker. Some rotation is inevitable though.

    Although I think high street banks are waking up to us all using no-charge alternatives. I had an email from Lloyds a couple of weeks ago saying they were going to drop their charges for overseas transactions a withdrawals. They probably just load the charges on the exchange rate though.
