    Beep beep beep ……

Deserves a thread of its own

If we take the quality that we’ve assembled for granted this season we deserve everything we get. Build.

Fuck Forest, never liked the upstart cunts. Take away Clough/Europe and they’re an Ipswich, West Brom, Watford, if I’m being generous.

Said it before, VIP is not just a good goal scorer but a scorer of good goals. Roll your eyes all you like Rhyds boy, you lot need to wise up slagging off players. Winston called it right.

I don’t think Key has had a great start to the season, doesn’t make it difficult enough for the attacker. Fisher possibly could have done better too.

For clarity my hypocrisy comment wasn’t aimed at Bob Vylan. I’m in agreement with you.

    One In ~ None Out

I’m not hearing anyone say nothing needs to be done, but in real terms it’s just one small element of a wider issue - not to be patronising but I think you know that?

I’ve been sensing an element of hypocrisy. These people, Kirk or Bob Vylan, have a message, it’s up to them how they present it but maybe the delivery could be tempered a bit. For me there’s also an issue of integrity and I can’t accuse Bob Vylan of lacking that. It’s all just two sides of...

    One In ~ None Out

Asylum seekers, boats, whatever, they’re the bogeyman. It’s just a blame game and Farage and his ilk know how to play it. Even if people come to their senses on migrants they’ll find another target. It’s not new, whilst the lower classes are getting poorer there has to be deflection.

I had a chat with my boys yesterday, I can’t influence who they vote for but I had to reinforce the point that conservatism is for old people. If young people can’t be rebellious and liberal there is no hope. The outpouring of grief for the evangelical TikTok entrepreneur who peddled his agenda...

Always felt that any set price in our half - corner, throw in, free kick, was going to end up in the back of our net. Could not defend balls in to the box and it was slightly depressing as the football wasn’t too bad.

I made the point earlier that he was in showbiz not politics.

I wouldn’t put it past him to try, state of emergency probably.

I said a couple of weeks ago we should have beaten them by more, and a good team firing on all cylinders would have. All things considered we played them at the right time and before the inevitable improvement. Good to see at least one team struggling badly early doors, always helpful.

More likely about keeping his network alive and kicking and those mentioned are probably more important to him in his current circumstance. I wouldn’t read anything in to that, it’s not an award winning speech, it’s a LinkedIn post.

I haven’t seen anyone celebrating the loss. That sort of assertion is passively aggressively attempting to control the narrative, maybe political agenda. It’s a loss for his family and friends but compared to other losses and atrocities felt daily by some it doesn’t even move the needle.

Faux grief, perfect, and the anger some people are feeling is incomprehensible, as if they had some kind of personal connection to the bloke. He was an antagonist and an Agent Provocateur, albeit a highly intelligent and articulate one. People really have been hoodwinked and it’s desperately...
