Didn't gorka pintado score something similar against forest in our first home game in the championship v forest all those years ago and Roberto dubbed it a goal from a £7m player?

A harsh critic would say he wasn’t making those kinds of runs last season, it right now you feel like he is going to score every time he takes the pitch
I am no tactician. I don't know if its the players around him, or he needed that kick to take the shirt
Whatever it is, it seems like he has gone up a level. Not just a player who scores but doing the hold up and passing with brilliant goals. Idah wasn't the best tonight, but will need time, but still good competition.

Confidence. He's playing like he knows his manager has got confidence in him, like he's got confidence in himself and his team mates. It's a huge thing for players, especially forwards.

Dragging a player in and out of the side no matter how he plays and, let's be honest, playing an inferior option ahead of him as often as we have in the past is not going to do him any favours in that department.

Eh?

My post was correct.

He is a different player completely now. Or we can pretend that he was just unlucky or something up till then.

Don't worry, as soon as he goes five games without scoring the narrative will probably switch to 'he is actually shit, he just had a lucky purple patch'.
