Agree that he boxed us in last season,but how many caretaker managers go on to be successful….very few. We should have thanked him for the job he did and then appointed someone who was more experienced and proven, we’ve spent big by our standards and the clubs profile is higher than it’s been...

Are people seriously suggesting that if we beat Norwich we should stick with Sheehan, we’ve been awful to watch all season and we’re not improving. Why do you think we waited so long to appoint him as the full time manager??? I’ll tell you…because there were probably huge doubts by the people...

We’ve got several international players out there and a couple of others that were highly rated by their previous clubs yet we’re playing like a pub side and not just tonight. A full pre season and eleven games is more than enough to impose your ideology on a team …..enough is enough.

Without a doubt this is as bad as anything we’ve seen over the last several seasons, any other manager and he would be slaughtered, his inexperience is being mirrored by the naivety of our play.
