    Adam Worth

I've admittedly not been huge on reading through internet forums in the past. From reading this thread I genuinely feel like I've missed out on some of our clubs greatest folklore and history by not knowing him nor seeing his posts. To clarify, are we 100% sure it's him? Additionally, this all...

    SHEEHAN SACKED

Don't think you can call anyone "happy". It's an absolute shame but it was necessary.

    Our Next Manager?

Errrr.... Sort of. I got the team relegated and then sacked.

    Our Next Manager?

I've played Football Manager 26. Does that count?

    We want Sheehan out

Yup.... The situation we're in is real shitty. There is no ideal solution. However, EVERY season we're expecting a play off push, aren't we? If not, why not? Why should we start a season thinking "meh! Middle/bottom/cardiff it is, then!". Not everything I'm posting is serious, btw.

    We want Sheehan out

Because, on paper at least, the team is considerably more capable.

    We want Sheehan out

We have to stop gambling with managers as we have been ever since Laudrup left. This just isn't working. The problem is, however, there are just so many crap managers out there it's extremely difficult to find the 'good uns' -- they'll either be rarer than Bob Bradley's 'manager of the season'...

    We want Sheehan out

You are full of yourself. Fans wanting their team to win and fulfill the players clear potential is not "entitled"! How many more games would you give the team before you come to the conclusion the rest of us have?

    We want Sheehan out

If he is to be sacked, it has to be now. The new manager will need time to settle things down. Too late and we're in a relegation battle.

Alan Sheehan Remains the Right Man to Lead Swansea City Forward

If we leave it too late, the new manager won't have time to set up the team to stave off a relegation battle. It's the manager at fault here - just to be clear. There's no plan. Risky play constantly pushing backwards. Aimless and tactless play. Zero ambition or courage.

    Player Recruitment or Manager

It's the manager who must bring the best out in his players. This season we've regressed. Getting worse each game.

"Ambition". "Hope". Sure, there are some who expect us to be playing in the Champions League after next season . It's a basic psychological fact that football drives people to become irrational at times... However, for most it's simply setting a team full of potential being squandered. When...

It's the coaching that aids the player in adapting and developing. It's the manager who maintained the discipline. There have been many teams written off in the past that turn things around with competent management. Much like a school teacher, if the kids aren't learning anything in class and...

On paper at least, calling this team "average" is a massive disservice. It seems more apparent when we have seen glimpses of their potential on the pitch in previous games. I believe it's their utilization to blame. The manager's responsibility. If Sheehan wants to be considered a serious...

This is my belief. There doesn't seem to be any consistent drilling as the team are mostly all over the place. This can only be down to the manager. The team, I believe, are capable of much, much better.

The only consistent players we have at the moment are Tymon and, to a slightly lesser degree, Vipotnik. The rest need a kick to play as a team. We MUST get back to basics here! The team we have is capable of so much better!

So, lads... How many more games are we prepared to lose while claiming "progress takes time"? This, as it stands, is fricking abysmal. The players we have seem to be regressing, not improving.
