Michael Carrick won stuff at the highest level, he's been in dressing rooms at the elite standard level, his record at Boro is better than Sheehan's here.. people would instantly want to work under him, is it realistic, quite possibly

Rodgers is out of our price range as is Carrick I would imagine.
I don't think the club will be in any rush to pay out for someone that is currently employed so we will be looking at Managers currently out of work.

Liam Manning would be on the list.
