    Summer Transfer Window

Perhaps we are banking on big sponsorship deals? Although the people in charge don’t strike me as reckless enough to just drop millions based on that.

    Summer Transfer Window

It’ll probably be Erabi, but I’m deluding myself into thinking the striker is Dorgeles Nene just because Snoop is following him, and that has been reliable so far😂

I think it felt worse than it actually was at times because we missed a few chances that we really should have put away. With a striker, we win that 3-0. The general play improved as the game went on I thought but as you say, more work to do. The side still needs to gel.

    Galbraith

I’m hoping if we do sell next summer, we get a good price. His Man United pedigree definitely won’t hurt in negotiations

I was a bit worried about Widell against Crawley, he was busy but looked some way off the level to me. He looked much closer to where he needs to be today, against a much better team. I thought he was excellent at times and you can tell he’s played with Inoussa in the past. It’s nice knowing...

    Summer Transfer Window

When he was asked about outgoings the other day, Sheehan basically said that we’ve already lost a lot of players. Doesn’t sound like we’re going to lose anyone. Although I’d like to see some of the younger players get loans.

Stamenic, from what I’ve seen is the type of 6 profile we don’t have at the moment. Tall, combative but can play the ball just as well as any of our other midfielders. Think he completes the midfield if he comes in. Would allow us to play Galbraith in a more advanced role and maybe even utilise...

Carabao Cup Draw - Tonight ...

I don’t mind it personally. It’s not Bournemouth and it’ll be a decent test a against a very different Plymouth than last season.

From what I saw of SU against Bristol, they seemed okay going forward. It was just defensively they were off it. If we can stay solid, there’ll be chances for us at the other end

Assuming we get Yalcouye done tomorrow, he could very well be involved against Sheffield United. May even start if he’s that good.

It seemed we deliberately set up to play longer in the first half and then pivoted to playing out more in the second. If that game proved anything, Galbraith should have played at the base of midfield against Boro.

Swansea Closing in on Brighton Midfield Dynamo Malick Yalcouye

This would probably be the best outfield loan from the Premier League since the Cooper days, if we’re going off the hype anyway. Lots of our loans have been ‘high potential’ but Yalcouye seems to be a little bit further down the line than that. Hoping he can make a big impact if it goes through.

I’d never heard of them before the original Yalcouye news either. They got that right though so hopefully this is correct too

    Summer Transfer Window

I’m not sure if it’s scrambling, Vital Swansea has been saying we’re working on several deals. All this press stuff could be false and the real targets are being kept close to the chest.

    Summer Transfer Window

I’d imagine they want closer to €8m. If this is true, it’s probably something we’ve tried and moved on from already. Don’t want to be negative but just can’t see it.

    Summer Transfer Window

If any of the links are true, it’s clear we’re looking at a more all-round type of striker. The names that have come out, including Erabi last week are all more on the physical side, can hold the ball but have pace to play off the shoulder as well. We have nobody remotely like that at the...

    Summer Transfer Window

I’d be willing to bet that the Kone deal was down to location or something similar. We could probably compete with QPR financially given that we put in a decent enough bid. Unfortunately London will always be a factor, happened with Poku earlier in the window. We’ll sign a striker though, no doubt

    Sheehan Out? Calm Down!

For me, you’re a supporter if you say you are. How far you choose to take it obviously depends on how much you engage with the club, attend games etc. There are definitely people that are negative about everything. The people that used to sit next to me down the stadium who never used to stop...
