    New Manager

The club’s last three appointments have been RM, MD, and LW. I’d argue all three were failures. Quite frankly, I don’t really care who the club believes is the “right long term solution.” For me, it comes down to finding someone that can do three things. 1. Make the most of the players we’ve...

    New Manager

For me it all comes down to who the alternative might be. If we’re talking about someone on the upswing with some pedigree, maybe we consider that person over Sheehan. However, I’d rather have our own lad who’s already proven he can win (albeit 2 small sample sizes). Seriously, Sheehan has...

    New Manager

Exactly. I would also think that if we identify who we'd want going forward, we'd likely want to get them in before the end of the season to properly assess who stays and who goes.

Who Do You Pick? Raphael Wicky, Jessie Marshe or Another Option?

He's not. Would you leave a comfortable role with a club cemented in a top 5 league next season for us who might be in L1?

Eric Ramsay Shoots Down Notion He’s Headed To Swansea City ...

100% spot on. The game is a caricature of football.

Eric Ramsay Shoots Down Notion He’s Headed To Swansea City ...

I'm not sure how familiar you are with the MLS or not, but the wage structure there is very, VERY weird. Teams can only stump the cash for a handful of players and most focus this money on attacking. Thus, the league overall has very poor defense.

And if we lose more and they look worse?

    Get the Yankee out

You're quite right, but the other criticism has been that Coleman doesn't have a clue what he's doing. That, in conjunction with being a micromanager, is a terrible combination.

    New Manager

It's a no on Ramsay for me. Given the mental state of the lads right now, we need someone who can come in here and command their attention, demands respect immediately. I'm not so sure some futsal guy who's younger than Joe Allen does that. We need to either bring in a mercenary until the end...

    New Manager

With Wigan he was sacked in November having taken them to a FA Cup Semi and the playoffs the season before. They still dropped that season. I don't blame him there. As for Fleetwood, he took them to the playoffs his first season with them. Brendan Rodgers was sacked by Reading before he came...

I completely agree. And I know I likely sound incessant, but Uwe Rosler is it for me, if he'd consider us that is. Over the course of the almost 700 matches he's managed, he's won 45% of them. Granted it's mostly Scandinavian top divisions, but it also includes the Championship, League One, and...

    New CEO

I won't claim to have any idea. Though, if I remember correctly, before the recent sale he owned somewhere in the 10-15% range (again, absolutely do not quote me on this). And through the sale I thought I read that he increased the size of his holdings. So, purely speculative, but let's say...

    New Manager

I think we need someone who's at least a bit established as a head coach/manager. Someone who has a bit of a proven track record. This would likely need to come from abroad.

    New CEO

I agree with all said about Coleman, but the thing we have to remember is that he's an owner of a sizeable chunk of the club. He's not someone that can easily be fired.

    New Manager

I think you're quite right to point out the side's he's managed. That said, he's only managed 100 matches in his career. He's lost over half of them. I would want someone with a bit more of a winning track record, regardless of the level. He just hasn't yet proven he can win.

    New Manager

And he's never done well in management. He's consistently lost almost twice as many as he's won. So, I guess he's a lock for the appointment then? :ROFLMAO:

    New Manager

Fair. Uwe Rosler currently at Aarhus in the Danish top flight has stabilized them as a solid third place team behind the 2 behemoths contract remaining is sizable, maybe 3 more years left or so salaries in Denmark tend to be pretty low, like lower than us low Has experience in our division...
