• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Mark Robins took his side into last night’s game hoping for the win that could lift his side to third but instead saw them come up against a Swansea side that he admits they could not “get to grips with” and ultimately saw them beaten 2-1 as the Swans continued their recent excellent form. It...

Sounded like sour grapes, blaming the linesman, saying they gifted us two goals, how they could have won.
What game was he watching ?
We earned that victory through hard work, endeavour and brilliant play.
In the second half for all their endeavour, they hardly threatened.
Felt more comfortable watching it up there live.
We could all moan about goals given away, chances missed, bad referees, etc.
Truth was we won on merit and he can't take ir

Forgot to comment last night but it was slightly farcical the number of times ref and assistants looked at each other not knowing whose throw in it was

It was.
Obviously for both sides equally but yes was very poor. Flag was raised ages after by the linrsmen

Also the fact that Coventry fans got so excited when they got a couple of corners shows how much on top we were

We all have bias and added to that there's manager speak. They were a hard working pressing team at high tempo with a a couple of speedy players but we did win on merit with some neat planned football. Their 100 mph approach did them no favours at times.

Truth is the bitter little cvnt didn't like the fact that someone had the audacity to outhink/outplay em on their own gaff.
