“The performance was really good” – Really Russ?

I think Martin was at a different ground to me.
What I saw was the rinse and repeat of practically every Saturday away game this season, possession without any threat in the oppositions box. I've travelled to every Saturday and not seen a win yet.
The Cardiff game is now starting to give me nightmares of how it will turn out.

I think the Americans need to have a long hard look at his position.. our possession was mostly between Grimes, Downes and Naughton.. and Downes and Grimes rarely turned their body position to play an incisive pass forward..

Martin is getting embarrassing week after week, he's got to go for me, absolutely deluded, I thought he might just be a little delusional, but after time and months of his work, he's got to go

I hope they leave everything to the grown ups, personally. It's their fault our pre-season was screwed up and, let's be honest, their record of getting involved isn't particularly great.

It'll be interesting to see if they get twitchy. This is our first season of struggling at the foot of this division in a generation or two, I'm guessing this isn't their end game.

As inept as they are, if they cannot see how bad Martin is and get shot, then as they say in Dad's Army " We're Doomed !!"
Seriously something needs to happen now while we are safe, not wait for next season when the situation could be worse

I've always thought there should be a full review of everything once the season ends and this one is no exception. Clearly it's a bit of a mess at the moment.

I have to think that Martin was signed based on a long term vision though, so I don't think he'll be going anywhere.

I s'pose I was one of the lucky ones yesterday.
Streamed the game (paying £10 to the club but using a vpn) and working from home.
Kept refreshing the work pc to try and get something to occupy my mind- looking for cases that wouldn't appear. B'stards!!!

Blackpool were there to be beaten on a pitch akin to where I grow my veggies.
The players looked scared of losing the ball by having a go and trying to win.

Think we have ole Russ until maybe December.
And that's depressing me- especially as I've already renewed the seasie

True a three year contract I believe?
However surely the powers that be can see after 35 largely disappointing performances that they are going nowhere and the process is not working. Next season could be a lot worse
We can only hope

eteb will be happy though we won the passing

He's a twat...but your posting is no different.

To be fair to eteb, he's posting whether we win or lose. Rog the troll however was nowhere to be seen after the WBA and Coventry games, yet is back again now. I can't imagine why...

To be fair to eteb he jumps down the throat of any poster that has a different view to his and dares to critises the club or squad if they play shit. He's also a hypocrite as he often does the very same thing just like yesterday. It's a shame because apart from that he does make so good points.

Russ must be colour blind. In all fairness Blackpool were terrific and we were woeful again (dogsh1te). I was trying to look for positives on the long drive home and consoled myself that it is only a game and there are much bigger things to worry about.
