• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Getting more and more optimistic about next season.

New manager in who has been a proven success everywhere he has been so far, Paul Watson set to be announced any day now who decided to join us from a club who looked odds on for promotion (and ended up getting it), which to me shows there is a big plan in place here, and Brett Cravatt aswell who looks to be all in alongside his mate Nigel Morris. Proper businessmen with big resources behind them.

No doubt about it, there's big things happening behind the scenes. We may lose a few, Piroe etc, but we'll replace plus more I reckon.

Roll on August!

This augurs very well - players back in training extra extra early for Day 1 - unheard of since Cooper.

It already feels a step change back to proper coaching and management. Let's hope it's also a step change back to winning ways with the return of our renowned defensive solidity, and never say die winning edge, with fit players fighting to the end.

Players are buzzing and looking sharp, apparently. Walshy and Pato have been in for days already having also done extra fitness work overseas.

Exciting times, fair play. And a breath of fresh air.
