Fairly sensible assessment of who we are and what we are. Any talk of playoffs - and occasionally you still hear rumblings every time we win - is total fantasy with this current squad.

The only good thing about being consistently mid-table (if you can call it 'good') is that it might just break the cycle of us losing promising young coaches all the time. Williams is doing a fair job for us going under the radar, and you never know, in two season's time, perhaps with a bit more support, that stability at head coach might help.
