Team setup question. Itlooks like I have to play a 4-4-2 formation. Is that correct? I cant find the option to change to 3-5-2 or 3-4-3

You can play different formations.

On 'pick team', you can swap players in and out. You can play any formation that involves a minimum of three defenders.

Chips are bonuses you can play once per season (so save them for good weeks). Double chips refer to the fact that you now get two of each, one in the first half of the season, one in the second half.
