I actually forgot it was on and didn’t take advantage of the ‘free’ stream. Remembered about midday, looked at the result and didn’t really give a shit. The speed that I’ve stopped caring about the club I’ve watched since 1969 shocks me a lot, but I have. Should have had a refund. I won’t be renewing whatever division we are in.

The Covid response of those average half arsed pampered nancies on the pitch and the tug on the supporters heartstrings to pay the scummy turds was more than I could stomach.

Oh and Cooper is a fraud, total, absolute, 24 carat, diamond encrusted, crown jewelled, fraud.

I know how you feel -the reasons you state are precisely why I, with a heavy heart, I opted for the refund - it was my little protest. However, I think you/we should be mindful of the effect Covid is not just having on the sport-watching experience (which is soulless), but on us as people. Once the dark days turn brighter (and they surely will), our outlook on everything will be brighter - including when ST renewals come around! So, have heart Mr Monmouth - like us all, you have a deep love for the Swans (STID - remember?!) and for football, so those emotions are just hibernating, not gone away. Cooper? I actually think he is learning, and improving. I liked his tantrum over Peterson, and the way he seems to have identified and brought in some very promising players indeed. He's a long way from the finished article of course, and may appear a slow learner sometimes, but he is getting there IMHO.

Missed it again, but from what I've read, a few more of those (18 shots wtf? Have we become Man City) and I might have to change my mind. Not yet though.

Oh and to save anyone the trouble of bumping this every time we actually manage to win a game (but mysteriously not when we do a 'Coventry' and he weasels through his presser blaming anything but himself) I will never change my mind that we were sold a pup with his powerpoint crap of expansive football and the 'Swansea way' and in reality he is just a production line robot and Clement mark 2. So he'll always be a fraud to me. That is totally backed up by the turgid crap we've seen for two years and the destruction of players like Celina that aren't functional.

I said all along I hope he learns and changes. I've seen no evidence so far and no, unlike all the heroes that want to 'prove' me wrong, I don't actually WANT to be right.

I'm glad he's the new Pep Guardiola now we've beaten Stoke though. Fist pumps all round.

I like the nickname though, it suits me as my wife would agree.

Fair play to you - you have an opinion on Cooper and you will stick to it.

It's always relatively amusing when we win a game and people go in search of the "negative" posts in the same way when we put in a poor performance the hunt goes for the "positive" comments

The simple fact is for me, Cooper has got results while he has been here. A play off semi final and a current top 6 placing say that much has to be true. It doesn't take away from the fact that many of the performances are exceptionally boring to watch but his results speak for himselves with the relative shoestring budget he is asked to work with.

Tuesday was a good performance but for me we still lack the natural goal scorer in the side but can only sit back and wait to see what happens.

I also still cant decide if my relative boredom in some games is down to the fact that there is just no atmosphere because of the lack of a crowd, my general apathy towards football and what it has become or the fact we are dull to watch. It's quite probably a mixture of all three
