Michu Can do that job, it’s what’s he’s done since 2017.

Michu would be interesting. Has had the DoF job at Burgos for 7 years, built a squad that got them out of the Spanish 3rd Division. By all accounts has a huge say in everything. The level is obviously a lot lower than ours. I don’t think it’s quite the same thing hiring executive level staff from lower down as it is with coaches/players though.

I don’t think it’ll happen but at least he’s had experience in the role, it isn’t like hiring him straight out of retirement.

Recruitment has been decent but it's been over hyped in some quarters.

Worth was a poster on here with several usernames but mainly Agent Dimi.
He liked to argue and tell people they were wrong,if you said 2+2=4 he’d spend 24 hours explaining how you’d come to the wrong answer and that arithmetic wasnt your forte.

Something has obviously happened given the faith the owners had in him and seemed to be well thought off.
In football you need to be as squeaky clean as possible. I always thought that his history on forums was never a good thing especially given his approach on them.

Whatever happens, we need to make a good appointment and Dimi gets something elsewhere and good luck to him.

As I said, I think it’s as simple as new DoF sees responsibilities / roles in a certain way that was non negotiable to their appointment and Dimi didn’t want to work within that new structure.

It happens all the time. Nothing sinister needs to have happened even if it’s more ‘interesting’.

I imagine an appointment announcement will happen fairly soon.

One thing’s for certain. We have to stop pissing around with structures etc and make a decision and stick to it. It’s ludicrous how much we chop and change and must be costing us a small fortune.

At least Michu is a DoF albeit pretty low level Spanish league.
