Hmm. My thoughts are him and Gorringe stepped in when Montague fell short. They did two windows and club probably realised it was taking Gorringe from his main role. Or maybe he felt himself Over 60 odd yesrthat he would rather deal with marketing. DoF would then come in to handle club business which would include recruitment. According to Indie theres no bad feeling and Worth is very well liked within the club. Hodges comments seem to back that up.
I just feel his role as a standalone recruitment bod will no longer exist under the new appointment. His LinkedIn post was quite a positive one I thought.

I wholeheartedly concur,we renewed ours last week too.
Too many people are concerned about the wrong things these days and most of the experts on the internet are a load of bollox too.
The only things I know about Worth is what he posted on here,I couldn’t give a fuck about anything else

Worth was a poster on here with several usernames but mainly Agent Dimi.
He liked to argue and tell people they were wrong,if you said 2+2=4 he’d spend 24 hours explaining how you’d come to the wrong answer and that arithmetic wasnt your forte.

a bit left field, but what about Luca Modric for DoF? He’s got a stake in the club and loads of experience working with top people at top clubs.
He’s 40, currently at AC Milan on a 1 year contract with an option to extend if he wants to. He’s started in most of their games this season, so he may decide to play on but who knows!
