Part of me really wants someone other than Sheehan to get the job so I can watch everyone apply the same level of scrutiny to them as people hold Sheehan to minute to minute. It would be an interesting experiment.

I'll be the sensible one in the room. You cannot start turning on Sheehan based on today. Granted VP and Allen should of come on and Ronald had another off day. But VP could of scored from his cross, Cullen could of scored. Even Eom today. Millwall was super physical, and had everything to play for. Let's not lose our heads.
I’m not turning on him based on today and have never been a strong pro Sheehan advocate.

I’d say the strong response in the second half is a welcome, players were trying and controlled it unlucky not to get a goal, if he gets the job let’s hope he’s backed with players so we don’t need to see Jay and Liam starting every week.

Not saying you are mate. I have been on the fence but 1 match and all. Just bit of perspective. This team is not awful, but we lack depth. It was always going to be difficult today.
FWIW I think he will be offered it. He’s then got to be backed with players to suit his system, not a bunch of misfits. Then we go again.

You can't really hold this result against Sheehan.
If we had better quality then we would have got a point atleast.

They already are. Something something Swansea way something something.
Martin was further away from the Swansea Way than Sheehan is.

I’m still on the fence and couldn’t say what the right choice is but it’s understandable either way. If Sheehan gets it as is looks like he has then I hope everyone supports the choice.

One thing is for sure, we need a forward or two. Plus O’Brien or someone as similar as possible. Same with Darling.

And we need some creativity in the team.

Today though, of all days, we celebrate the footballing Gods for their blessings.

There’ll have been quite a few Swansea Fans waiting for this result.
Sheehan out, foreigner in.
The saying goes who needs enemies when you have friends. Nothing can be more true for those looking to turn on their own. I have been outspoken about Sheehan and he has really done fab job and had turned by opinion. Let's get it right people. 1. Millwall had everything to play for. 2. Millwall are so physical and basically giants on the pitch 😂😂. 3. Darling might of not helped being out of the team. 4. Sheehan is getting the best out of the team he has. 5. We could of scored on many occasions today. 6. Contract talks might of been distraction. All excuses many say, but we either hire an unknown and end up worse or get better? Or we stick with a coach who knows the team and club and we build on it. It's all gamble people.

All big gambles, after all Rodgers was our 5/6th choice to be manager here he wasn’t even getting job offers for League 2 the rest is history.

I found the 2 goalies on the bench very strange mind!

Surely a young outfield player would have benefited more than?
Or did Darling get injured on his way up/prior and we only had Margetson as a travelling reserve?

MILLWALL v SWANSEA CITY
