To be honest i'd rather pick someone from the 21's. All fulton does is stroll around picking up yellows, he affects the game 0%

I agree. But next season Fulton will struggle for a place on the bench with new additions and few Under 22 and loan players in. I would get rid now with 1 year left on his contract. I undertand Sheehan playing him at moment as he is or was trying to get the position. Risk and reward. Mostly risk with Fulton but can't blame him. If Sheehan is playing him next season and we have good options on the bench then I'll be questioning him.

Amazing the number of Championship clubs that are happy to sign managers with unremarkable Championship pedigree, with the expectation of remarkable results. Rowett, Neil, and now Cifuentes - decent managers, but nothing to set the pulse racing. Our willingness to take risks in managers without Championship pedigree is what sets us apart.

Rowett has kept Oxford up when they looked doomed and Neil has Millwall knocking on the door of the play offs.

Where has that got us exactly? Cooper aside, we've been very underwhelming in this division. Potter, Martin, Williams (not including Duff as he didn't have a full season) have all underachieved massively.

Just see Martin and Williams which to me were last minute appointments due to being turned downed at the last minute by Eustace and Davies.

Brendan Rodgers had an unremarkable Championship pedigree when we appointed him and he achieved remarkable results.

They’re all a gamble but some are more of a gamble than others.
