Alan Sheehan on Middlesbrough | Reaction

Honest. I have said it since he was put in this role when everyone was having a pop, this is a man who may be uncomfortable in front of camera, but he is very careful and considers his words. I get that not every manager is not going to tactically breakdown games in conferences and interviews but I always feel I learn more about the team everytime he speaks and what his vision is and how detailed he plans things. It's super refreshing. The question will be, when we inevitably lose at some point, how will he react and the fans. This is what will ultimately make or break this good feel moment and see if he has the chops. Personally putting results aside, I am starting to beleive why not give him the role?

Refreshing seeing his pressers now even though he’s an awkward fucker in the camera, comes across really well.

You’ve gotta like the bloke, my heart says give him a chance my head tells me we need better.
I'd be interested if anyone can highlight any negative tactics in Sheehan and how he sets up. It's honest question. I am not tactically minded. I mean unless you get Dyche or someone more experienced at this level with prevouse success then is there better? Well of course there is, but at what risk? Interesting debate. But heart says yes too 😂😂
