Going to be fair here(again 😁).

Guy has done a terrific job.
11 points from 7 games.

If he didn't have a connection with Watson and Jones, he would surely be right in the mix?

I agree though is this this the first time you’ve ever been right about anything?

Am I right on this occasion though Dar?
It is only my opinion 😉

11 from 7 against a very difficult selection of opponents which included Leeds, Southampton, Ipswich, Preston, Coventry and WBA.
The football hasn't been scintillating at all times but I thought that the 2nd half we played better than the 1st today and deserved the 3 points.

Very kind run of games. Easy to forget we're not the only basket case in the division, and we've played most of them since Duff departed. Today's been Sheehan's best day by some margin, and it was hardly convincing. Even game with one poacher's finish and some good goalkeeping dividing the sides.

Handing the caretaker the job because he didn't completely shit the bed has backfired on plenty of clubs in the past. Is he the man with the ability to grow and develop this team?

Correct. He absolutely should not get the job. I know everyone’s high after the win, but ffs let’s get some perspective.

Hard to know what's going on behind the scenes but we could put him in to the end of the season.
We've then bought ourselves time to make sure we get it right with the next managerial appointment.

Yeah, I know, with these owners?

Micheal duff was in charge for the games at Ipswich and Leeds but you couldn't ask for anymore apart from the Southampton capitulation on boxing day from him and the team

Only result I think is questionable in terms of getting something from was the Boro game.
Every other game was probably what was expected/hoped.

No, Daps continues his streak of being wrong about everything.

Sheehan is picking square pegs in round holes and he doesn’t need to. Whilst a win is a win, blatant tactical and selection errors just tell me that he’s not up to it.

Why on earth would you play Lowe up front and Cullen out wide?

I think he's done well enough all things considered. It has been a rocky time at the club and things could have gone very pear-shaped, especially when the Chris Davies debacle happened.

He's played a straight bat and largely kept things as they were under Duff in terms of team selection and 'tactics' and it's done the job - kept us above water. It would have been worse if he'd come in and decided he was going to change up everything as a caretaker.

Wouldn't consider him for the main job though.

Is that an opinion or is that you being right!? 🤔

Guy has a 1.57 points per game record, it is a 72 point season on average.
Do I think he gets the job? I don't think so myself but there is no taking away that he has done a sterling job all things considered.

I’m right as it’s fact that he has been playing players away from natural position. That said, he is not the only clown we’ve had do this.

He shouldn’t be given the job (opinion). He might be given the job (opinion) as our leadership team are fairly clueless (opinion bordering on fact).
