• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Just destroyed a bag of mature cheddar and red onion hand cooked crips, bloody loves 'em.😋

Yeah, you don't want them if the cheddar isn't mature, the onions not red, and they are not hand cooked A 🤣. Bugger Smiths cheese and onion...the peasants. Is Smiths still a thing? I loved those cheese and onion crisps as a kid.
You will love these then TAYTO, still the original cheese and onion.

I'm a bit of crisp addict, eat at least 4 bags per day. The Tesco finest salt and chardonnay vinegar (crinkle cut) are the crisp of choice at the moment. Kiss goodbye to the skin on the inside of your cheeks if you eat a couple of bags of them though. Prior to them, i went through a Discos crisps phase.

Have you tried the Coop Sea Salt Chardonnay Wine crisps? They're amongst the best crisps I’ve ever tasted.

No mate, I wouldn't know where a co-op shop is to be honest

I concur. I had a bag yesterday and I was basically numb on one side for about twenty minutes. A great bag of crisps for 90p.

Now when you put it like that

I can eat four packets of crisps in a day, but there’s no way that I could do it 30 days on the TROT.

Probably more than that. I've had 3 so far today, probably have two following my dinner.

Don't eat chocolate, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, and eat healthily other than the crisps

That sounds like living the bloody dream to me, good on you.

I like too many foods that aren't good for me and so instead try to eat everything in moderation, especially when needing to shift a few pounds, but I can see the attraction in cutting everything else unhealthy out so I can eat lots of lovely, lovely crisps...

“Don’t smoke, don’t drink…what do you do?”

I eat crisps

Rock ‘n Roll ain’t what it used to be.
