Wouldn’t get your hopes up yet, Blake has said that today so maybe things have changed since TC tweet. I’m with you, can’t see him doing a number on us again playing for those lot.

What a team the 'destined for Cardiff' team is shaping up to be Bale, Ramsey and now Andy Carroll. The summer of pipe dreams down in Legoland! They must all be on the white powder the way they're still bigging themselves up as the destination for all the big names in the twilight of their careers despite all the knockbacks. The new MLS/ Chinese League only that none of it is true.

Andy Carroll coming to us? Wouldn't suit us at all, although it may be worth it to save us a few goals conceded.

He’s one of them players though isn’t he, you love him if he plays for you, hate him when he plays against you…especially when he’s scored as many goals against us as he has I’d take him on a years deal though, at least he’ll hold the ball up, as much as I like obafemi and think he’ll do well, his touch/holding the ball is one of the worst I’ve seen.

I'd definitely take him on a one year deal (6k a week is less than Liam Cullen is on!) or a 'pay as you play' type of deal. The fitness regime he's on in Mallorca right now is incredible and his footwork is equally as impressive.

I suppose keeping him fit would be key, but he'd be a great back up for the front two and also a great plan B when we need to change things up. He'd also help defensively on set pieces, which is something we need.
